coach PM must be going nuts.

we can't manufacture a run for shite. congrats to Sacramento State; they deserved it today. they know how to get a guy on 3rd home.

You mean the guy who was tagged out but called safe?

Exactly. The guy at third was clearly out. Tough call.

It's been the same with our more talented teams lately. Get a lead and coast, swing for the fences, leave pitchers in who are struggling and don't make them nervous by having to see pitchers warming up

it might have been. I was so pissed off about the previous two innings where we failed to score I don't know if that guy was the winning run or not.

I believe he is referring to the FOUR guys we had on third all with less than two outs and couldn't get home.

For fricks sake people.... Give this team time to develop. Do you know anything about baseball?

Oh my god! It's the second series of the year!!!! We can't produce runs!!!! We are terrible!!!!

Never mind the fact that 7 out of the 9 guys are playing as starters for the first time...

I know. It's frustrating as FRICK. But that's baseball. Of the four, Jake Fraley's infield pop-up caused me to wake my wife up from her nap.

They played some bad baseball with runners in scoring position. Had some bad baseball fortune for Gilbert. Young team is still learning. But I see progress. This loss is not as bad as what happened at Lamar. Time to flush it and move on to game 3.

is 2010 the year you were born? i'm sure your parents are very proud of you. they shouldn't have trusted their contraceptives so much.

Fraley, on a first pitch curve. What was he thinking?

it's early in the year for him too. basically, he's what we got, experience wise. guys don't always improve as much as we'd like.

Meh.

Not sure exactly what you were expecting. We have a ton of young and/or inexperienced players being put in important roles. It's February. Take a deep breath.

This first pitch curve nonsense doesn't make sense. If you see a pitch you can drive, you swing. Fraley is the best hitter on the team, he will see off speed pitches earlier in the count than most people. Hitters look for location a lot of the time.
