I've not been the biggest Poche fan in the world, but you're absolutely right. He deserves a ton of credit, so far.

LSU needs to finish now.

Seriously, that performance by Poche must go down as one of the all-time greats. He gave up one base hit, otherwise was perfect for six innings.

He threw 64 pitches today on 3 days rest. He threw 80-90 Friday. With four days rest in sure he'll be ok for Sunday.

I think poche's dominance was the turning point in the game. He was on fire, and the fire spread.
