We saw this:

1. "I am responsible... the buck stops here.. I am in charge"

2. "I have been neglectfull in my duties as head coach and that will stop TODAY"

3. "I will innediately assess my entire coaching staff, get advice from experts,and make changes to improve this team"

4. "I will take a 25% pay cut in year 2010 to show my determination to this school and community"

5. "I will seek out the advice of those smarter than I to improve my skills"

6. "I love this school, this city, and this state and will dedicate myself to returning this program to where it was or better than when I arrived.

7. " Thank you for your patience and tolerance"
