Cameron only gets 6 months salary if Miles is fired. So, fire Cameron at midseason and he gets the full buyout and Miles leaves at the end of the year.

Not gonna appease anyone. Anyone with ANY SENSE can see Miles is the offensive constraint, and no OC will even overcome him.
