They also missed an offensive PI on the final play

If you go to the 59 second mark in the video you can see the receiver pull back on Mills' helmet from the opening for the eyes in an attempt to prevent the interception. I saw it pretty clearly from my section at the game. This prevented Mills from making the interception. If they had called the play correctly with an offsides and offensive PI what would have been the result? Replay the down from 10 yards back?

Offsetting penalties. Replay the down from the same spot.

Thanks. I thought it was either that or 10 yards back.
