This shite is insane. I am sure there will be a spike in foreclosures in the states of Louisiana and Alabama in a month or two when several people miss mortgage payments because they went to this game. I paid $400 for my ticket in the lower bowl in 2004...Same ticket is going for $2000 eight years later.

this pisses me off every time I think about it...toss in $1500 worth of hotel room and you have to be funded by a corporation to attend a damn football game...

let's not panic until we get closer to game time, though...prices are high, but not many tickets at all are actually selling...

You guys getting tickets for $200 and $300 obviously have connections or have given thousands to TAF. Im talking about everyday fans like me. I could buy a ticket to this game in the past, but I can't anymore. It's really silly how expensive its gotten ironcially in the middle of the most difficult financial period in our country in the last 80 years.

Go to New Orleans, enjoy the atmosphere and find a bar with a nice large HDTV. To hell with being in the stadium. That does not interest me anymore.

Supply and demand, brah.

I had to shell out some major cash, but I got my tickets.

At least I got them a little cheaper because I bought them a few weeks before we were technically in the game, but I didn't see it as much of a gamble.

I should be lower. But my damn friends have shitty priority points. I have 127 so alone I would be in better and cheaper seats. Our average was 124. So damn close

Then again, I'll be at the game

That is crazy MondayMorning. I must admit tuition is still not horrible. I started at Tulane and it was miserable how much it cost. I think LSU has done a good job keeping tuition reasonable. Sorry about the
