Theoretically, pitching backwards tonight

If the forecast calls for more rain after the game starts, should PM consider an early wholestaff look? Throw relievers for an inning or two (based on effectiveness) if a rain delay is likely and then throw Poche when the forecast is clear, to avoid possibly losing him in the middle of a start

Again, not saying this is the case tonight. Just throwing it out for discussion.

Doesn't matter. I find it hard to believe whoever we play will have the pitching to handle us anyway.

if we were starting a game and knew for sure that it would start raining within the half hour, then maybe. But that would only happen in a situation where there was a 100% chance of rain and we were only starting the game to say that it started before 11pm, which I don't think is likely
