Did we not start the season with Oregon and Wisconsin with in the last couple of years? I get that we have a young team and all but it is a pretty sad excuse to be honest with you. Are we not LSU?

They didn't have a warm up game either at the start of the season. Msu got to tune up and watch film on an entire game of mistakes to fix. You can't be serious with this, come on man.

On the bright side, we have a full State game to study. They have one series on us.

Go back and look at how our 2002 season started you moron. It's not a "mentality" as you claim...it's a fact. If you have no idea of what you are talking about, maybe you should post a little less.

McNeese, Clanga, Auburn was the perfect gradual progression for Harris. sucks that we have to skip a step now.

While I would normally agree with you, State ran the most bland offensive and defensive schemes against USM. They didn't show much at all. Dak didn't run the ball until late in the second quarter.

This.

The entire world knows you make your biggest improvements between game 1 and 2.

Well, the entire world minus the rantards.

First off you mental midget, the term is douche BAG... not douch bad which is something that I suspect you would have experience with.

Secondly are you really so stupid as to believe LSU is better off for not having played the game?!? Granted it was nothing more than a glorified practice but thats the whole point... it's a chance to run your guys against a live opponent and see what you need to fix. Our upcoming opponent now holds that advantage over us. I still think LSU wins at State but now it has become a little tougher task. If you can't follow the logic then maybe you should stop hanging around the park sniffing bicycle seats and brush up on football logic. That, my friend, does not need a masters in psychology to understand.

You don't understand it was their first game too??

I like playing big programs in their first game before they get rolling..

Miss St has an advantage with getting live reps in.. We have an advantage of being more fresh.

Is your comprehension off on holiday today too? We didn't start the season with Oregon within the last couple of years. That was in 2011.
