The team looks more mature

Is it me or does this team appear to be better focused? They look very prepared via coaching and disciplined for such a young team. The penalties were high but some of those calls could have gone either way.

120 yards in penalties is definitely focused.

Jones penalty was bull shite. A few others were also.

Maybe 3 or 4 of the penalties were questionable. The rest were legit.

I agree with 3 or 4. But those 3 or 4 were like 45 to 60 yds. The call was legit with the no helmet rule. But when coach is big Ed your motor is high. I don't fault him on that.

Yes, syracuse is a top 25 team and will be making noise in the ACC.
The carrier dome is the most underrated place to play a game as a visitor.
This team had to battle through no air conditioning throughout the game as well
No doubt we beat a quality opponent and having this team focused ready to play aided in a stellar victory
