Its a shame it won't be remembered as a great play. To me that play signified a change and turning point for LSU. A feeling unfelt since January 2008.

Here's to a 10-2 season that was littered with growing pains and saw the mid season emergence of Mett , Vadal, Turner and the one and only Jeremy Hill

Despite the loss and temptation to bitch, that's all I could talk about after the game. Great route and catch, spectacular throw. I felt a new confidence in Mett almost instantaneously. Loved it.

The attitude of the revivers last night was very visible. They wanted to make the plays last night. Seeming to out due the previous catch with a more clutch play .

I hope they can maintain that drive and focus and not let that momentum be lost from a stellar performance against the number 1 team in the country

That was an incredible play.

Silly question about it - looked like when Landry caught that ball it looked like water or something was kicked up from the field. What the heck was that? I'm pretty sure it hasn't rained recently.

It wasn't even "open" on the TD play; the Bama DB was all over Landry and they (Mett and Landry) just executed the throw and catch perfectly.

Not sure how anyone could determine this route / play was open all night considering its a back shoulder throw to a WR that's covered (pretty well also) by a DB and its designed specifically for goal line situations? I mean its like saying a Hail Mary is open all night too???
