Hawthorne and Hanagrif have zero on-air chemistry. They sound like two guys that don't get along who are forced to pretend otherwise. They are both more enjoyable to listen to when they work with different announcers.

I listened to it too.

For the play in the 7th inning where the outfielder put his hands up for the ground rule double...

Hanagrif and Hawthorne were actually agreeing that the umps made the correct call, but arguing with each other about the rule or exactly WHAT happened.

Reminded me of my grandparents arguing about what winter something happened in ... '77 or '78 LOL

If there is an actual "issue"between the 2, it would seem that Hawthorne, being the over all boss of the whole dept, would have final say so over who the color announcers are?
