I can't begin to imagine how many baseball and softball fields I've played on in my life, but the lights @ UCLA, a D1 baseball program, was as shi**y as any I've ever seen. A joke, just like the field at our last football game.

The stadium only holds about 1,200 ppl, or so I am told. I think it sucks that we have to play so far away when the #3 seed went 40m down the road. Why aren't we at GT?

UCLA is a joke...like seriously. You'd think if your team was that good you could convince your school to put a lil more effort into its facility LOL. Even the announcers were complaining about the their setup in the pressbox. And don't get me started on the seating capacity. I swear the NCAA screwed over everybody in this regional by sending it to LA. Teams usually make some decent money off the tournament, but not when you only can hold 1,250 and have one concession stand LOL.......

Satsuma's lights might actually be better. Hell, if it wasn't for the shi**y lights, their 1st baseman probably catches the ball, and we don't score a few in the 9th.

LSU had more of a home field advantage in L.A. than we would have ever had in Atlanta. LSU fans would not have been able to gobble up the tickets @ Georgia Tech like they did at UCLA. I guarantee that had we been sent to Atlanta, Ga Tech fans would be droolin at the thought of playing the defending national champs......book it! Ga Tech doesnt particularly care for LSU....I wonder why that is? LSU would have gotten their 200 tix and that is it....At UCLA, im sure they were more than happy to sell to LSU fans and break attendance records....

I don't think the lights are what did us in tonight. I'm not saying this is what you're saying, but it sounds like a big excuse. We got shut down. It happens. They hit with the same lights we didn't.
