The ineptitude of our leadership to not do this at the ends of last season

I love Les. Respect what he has done and who he is. But it was obvious that change needed to happen. If this was the plan all along to fire him ASAP this season then we should have just did it last year.
With a good hire we would likely still be in contention for some form of championship.

they seem to have their shite together now. very impressed they did it now and made new staff additions.
i hope and pray they don't hire coach o on full time though if he does well. that is doomsday.

When logic isn't followed, there is another driver- often emotion.
We've been in one big long drawn out mistake. It wasn't a mistake not to fire Miles at the end of last season... we were still in the middle of making it. The mistake didn't end.
Today it was finished thankfully.

Apparently he was given ultimatums last year that he didn't follow thru on. He was given another chance and he failed.
