Credit Les with the hires I guess, that's pretty much the argument his supporters will make, but the assistants have always been so great and so capable of overcoming Les' game day decisions and schemes that people always have short memories when it comes to his gaffs.
This board is a roller coaster ride with reactions and emotions regarding Les and when his ineptness comes to the forefront during the game(clock management, scheme, player rotations). Following an ugly loss there usually comes a string of wins against lesser teams or the offseason and people develop memory loss when it comes to Les, or the narrative is "we're a young team and we'll be the GOAT in a season or 2!"
The facts? This guy has been calling timeouts after turnovers for years, he's been calling for spikes with 1 second on the clock for years...the list goes on. People see the light for a short while and then the "I LOVE OUR COACH, PLEASE NEVER LEAVE" threads will start up again...or better yet bump the record thread.
