ticket price increase

Ticket prices for season ticket holders are the small part of the fee. In many cases, the actual tickets themselves are only 1/3 of the real price, as the TAF/Tradition fees are the much bigger cost.

So ticket price increases are much less of a concern than a TAF/Tradition Fund increase, unless your corporation is paying that for you.

Trailer.

Btw I prefer watching the games from home. Why pay thousands when you can get it for free? I can drink, smoke, eat, shite, piss whatever from the comfort of my own home and not have to sweat or fight traffic. Sounds like the only idiots in that equation are the ones who don't know how to spell trailer.

Ahh, the grammar police. Nice rebuttal, douchebag. You smoke inside your house? That's disgusting and pretty telling. But my incorrect spelling of "trailer" wasn't the point.

a loss to Clemson is unacceptable by everyone's standards.

well in a game where it matters it probably is.

also, i'm not trolling but am just curious, how much did alleva actually have to do with the johnny jones hire? jones ties with LSU are probably deeper and farther back than alleva's. i would think jones would be suggested to him and he'd have to stamp it through. i don't really care b/c i'm happy with the hire.

And what's the ETA on a Championship program? We are woefully behind that curve.
3 BCS championship appearances and 2 BCS championship wins in a 10 year span isn't good enough for you? would you only be happy if we won all 10? maybe we should never lose a game again.

it's embarrassing that you and i cheer for the same team.

no one else thinks like this except for LSU fans and it has everything to do with alabama. 98% of other college football fans would trade a testicle to trade programs with LSU.

This is true, but it still doesn't change the fact that we have to beat Alabama if we are to be the best.

It's basically comedown to a one game season.
It sucks, just the way it is.

Yeah, but unfortunately it's a what have you done for me latey business.
Nobody cares about 9-6.
Not in Louisiana or Alabama.

Everybody remembers new Orleans and 11-3-12.

this isn't specifically directed at you:
i don't understand how idolizing bama/saban is beneficial to LSU. it bothers me that bama/saban's second most vocal supporters are LSU fans (even if they claim to hate bama). but the very same people who are the biggest cheerleaders for bama wonder aloud how bama recruits so well, why they get so much positive coverage from the national media, and why they seem to receive so much benefit from the SEC offices. does that not make sense to anyone else? if i were choosing between bama and LSU, which school would i choose if bama and LSU praise bama equally, but LSU doesn't get the same degree of respect from bamaland (that isn't to say that bama fans are disrespectful toward LSU, they just don't piss their pants fawning over us the same way that LSU fans do toward bama).

Everybody remembers it, but only a portion of us still give a shite about it. LSU had a great season despite numerous obstacles but came up a little short after getting screwed by the system. Oh, well. Boo effing hoo. I decided to move on a long time ago.

I can't speak for other people but there is no idolization in my mind... It's a fact.
We play them every year.
Not only are theybin our conference but they are in our division.
You gotta beat them, have to if we want the achieve ultimate goal.

They've won 3 outa last 4.
Yeah that stings for most LSU fans.... As it should.

true, unless you're 2011. then you have to beat them twice.

i wonder how different things would be if Bama doesn't get a mulligan and LSU wins the title. then LSU and bama would both have 2 since 07.

in fact, i'm going to go back and say i don't think it's a one game season at all. LSU has to beat bama. but after that (not literally after just looking at schedule as a whole) they still play UF and UGA. Two chances to lose that bama doesn't have. beating bama might be useless if we win that and lose to UGA on the road (very possible) and UF at home (possible).
