Thankfully for all he has done. Unfortunately he couldn't adapt to today's game and had to go.

A lot of people celebrating and I am glad he is gone but at the same time it is a sad day. He has been at LSU for the entire time my kids have followed the Tigers. I pray that we don't enter another Archer/Stovall/Hallman/ Dinardo era.

DO NOT F UP THIS HIRE!

yes there were. I'm happy to see him go but I'm not happy to see him go.

And I'm keeping my autographed photo of you ... still have Sabans as well ... they're part of LSU history.

I really loved Cholly Mac; he was a great coach, but the game had passed him by. I respect Coach Miles for what he did at LSU, but the game has passed him by. I think every one agrees that Miles is a good man; this day comes for all coaches sooner or later. This should have been done last year; it would have been better for all concerned. Let's not make this a nasty business.

With all due respect, goodbye Coach. You gave your all to LSU &, for the better part of 12 years, it was worth it. Great ambassador to LSU &, when all is said & done, one of the top 3 coaches in LSU history.

It was time, but still sad.

I hope they give him a statue.

However, it's the nature of the million business he choose to enter.
