This really got me. LINK It's too bad our lovable coach is not able to have a farewell tour to SEC stadiums.

Then he should have changed his shitty offensive approach if he wanted a proper send off

Spare me this shite. He had an opportunity to go out on a high note but he choose his friendship with Cam was more important.

I'm sure they'd all love to have him hang around a little longer for his farewell tour.

"Hey camp you've been doing a pretty terrible job and we think it's time to move on..."

"Hey boss I'd like to finish out the year to have a proper send off"

Had they got the HC's to do this, it might have been a LITTLE legit.

Instead they got these fricking goofballs.

And the one from LSU looks the goofiest.

Hey, I bet that's either Choctaw or Beefense.

Miles gets fired and you are still butt hurt.

This doesn't surprise me.

I absolutely love Les Miles, but we need to be fair.

He was saved from execution at the end of last year on the promise that he would change the offense. In every objective standard, the LSU offense of 2016 is worse than it was in 2015.

I'm saddened by the way this played out, but part of that is disappointment in Miles for not adjusting.

frick you.

The way you take yourself so fricking seriously, you're just begging to be made fun of and it's so easy to do.

this lovefest people are having over Miles being "lovable and classy" is fricking embarrassing.

The guy in the gump shirt looks like he's about to bust out laughing.

And he probably was.

I agree and I believe everyone does, this is all on Les. It's a tragedy he could not adapt. It happens in life. He will be missed and gave us all so many incredible football games in Tiger Stadium and on the road.

Excellent tribute. One would have to be a certified a-hole to watch this and not feel anything. Sure wish it didn't have to end this way for Les, but it did.

History will remember Les well. No one, even the LSU fans that hated his coaching style, will argue that he wasn't a good man.

He did great things at LSU. However, it's his refusal to change his approach (especially on offense) that led to his termination. Hell, he was even given a second chance at the end of last season (something many coaches don't get) and he STILL didn't adapt. The Wisconsin game was as if LSU picked up right where they left off in Nov. 2015, and the AU game was a game we've seen MANY times over the last 8 years. The only difference is that Les came out on the losing end of a chaotic ending that never should have occurred if LSU had aggressively tried to put the game away in the first 3 quarters. The drive after the AU fumble deep in their territory was a snapshot of Miles' philosophy. He played it safe with 3 straight predictable runs instead of trying to take the opportunity to make that TO hurt.
