I lead a Sunday school class for high school freshman and unfortunately one of my students passed away at St Jude last Sunday. His funeral is today in Lafayette. Parker was a huge LSU fan and had the chance to meet the football team before he passed. LSU punter Jamie Keehn was one of those players and he is making the trip to Lafayette to be a pallbearer at Parkers funeral. Quite a classy move by Jamie to a really great kid gone too soon.

Thanks brother. It was actually an honor and privilege. Kid was incredible. The most empathetic and spiritually driven kid his age I've ever been around. I learned as much from those kids as they learned from me.
