Long time lurker, first time poster. Lived in BR at the end of the Dinardo era and beginning of Saban regime. Live in So Cal now and am still a huge fan. I write for an online magazine now, and realize it's a little late, but here's a piece I wrote about the LSU/Tech game. Any feedback would be appreciated.

The link works. You have to click on the word "Sports" at the top. Once the page loads scroll down a lot and you will find the article titled "Here's What We Learned About LSU After Their Texas Bowl Victory"

I think you did a very good job on your article. You identified everything most fans have recognized for a few years. Run AND pass out of a spread formation so the defense can't stack the box.

Sorry for the poor link, and for posting during the BB game. I blame the two hour time difference and the fact that I'm an idiot.
Love the Aranda hire FWIW and can't wait for spring football.

The inference that LSU aspires to be Arkansas is enough to make most stop reading, though I get where you're coming from. The fact that LSU leads all SEC teams in wins since 2000 and that Miles is averaging 10.3 wins per season over 11 years pretty much implies that Arkansas and 10 other SEC teams "aspire" to be LSU. Keep writing.

online magazine

An online magazine? A magazine is something I can pick up and thumb through. Wouldn't an "online magazine" just be a website....?

I get what you're saying. I was trying to say that anytime LSU comes up against a big, strong, physical team that can stop its running game, like Bama most years and Arkansas the past two, the Tigers don't seem to have a plan B or the ability to execute a plan B, and that flaw is keeping them from national title contention. Thanks for the feedback
