Any reports on whether he has done what the coaches have asked and moved back into the rotation, or still third team?

He is done. I can't believe how some of these fools don't have the motivation to help themselves especially when given a second chance.

Coach O said several times this week that he's dropped some weight and is practicing harder. He'll play Saturday night.

He also said he's still third string and won't get many reps in practice, so I wouldn't count on him playing meaningful snaps.

Why is everyone surprised a kid who has been kicked off of 2 teams and is at his 4th school (counting LSU twice) may be just a bit unreliable?

In todays' fishwrap..Nose tackle Travonte Valentine's chances of playing against Alabama are not good, Orgeron indicated on Wednesday night during his radio show. Valentine, a junior college transfer who arrived at LSU during the first week of camp, has not played in LSU's last two games against Southern Miss and Ole Miss, missing the games because of poor practice and conditioning. He remains third string, the coach said. .
