Face facts, Ellington couldn't start at Purdue, SEC speed will eat him alive. Harris did struggle down the stretch, but he showed heart and flashes of what he may develop into. Can we go one offseason and just support our guy without looking for his replacement before he even has a chance to develop? People forget that Brandon was a top 50 talent with speed and a cannon. He has parts of his game that need to be tweaked, but noone is perfect. Hell Tom Brady split time as a senior at Michigan. Give the kid a damn chance.
Harris is a good quarterback and played pretty damn well for a 1st year starting sophomore against the SEC, including a badass game against an NFL secondary (UF).

Harris can't complete a 10 yard pass but he's the best thing the SEC has ever seen. I hope he does well but nothing I've seen gives me any confidence that this will be so.
