I've got to admit, I like Les Miles. The guy has an amazing record, he recruits like almost no one else, I like his personality and passion, and in the past he's shown a willingness to eradicate the dead wood (Co-DCs) and bring in someone good (Chavis). Of course, I'll do a 180 if he doesn't fire Crowton this year and bring in an incredibly good OC in his place.

I think a lot of Tigers fans are starting to get a little out of control with their desire to get rid of Les Miles.

I don't want to get rid of him, but there needs to be changes to the offense, and the changes that he will make this off-season should have been made last off-season...not sure why he held onto Crowton for another season.

Miles is 5-0, and has a good chance to win 9+ games..but he needs to win at least 5 SEC games to have the heat turned down...

I think we wanted to get rid of Crowton but not pay his buyout. He had another opening at Chicago I want to say, last year, but someone else got the gig.

You really think GC is running this offense, look at his past gigs you won't find any thing close to this. LM is handcuffing not only GC but the quarterbacks, why do you think we lost our last OC. The only way I see LM making it through this is if he lets his coaches do there freaking jobs and he does what he does the best recruiting and stand on the sidelines looking goofy at the jumbo screen.

I dont know if he is the one that is getting the recruits or if it is being a football player at LSU that recruits them, but something is getting them here. However, when we get top recruits and can't utilize them, it makes me angry. He is not a good head coach. Their #1 job is to manage the game and coaching staff which he gets an F. Fire GC and LM (i know there has to be a booster willing to buy out his contract now). Also, when are we going to be able to get an accurate pocket passer that works out as a 2-3 year starting QB for us? An institution like ours should have a QB situation like we have for so long.

Miles has a great record. He runs a clean program. I'm behind our coach.

I think Les is probably a great guy and is a helluva recruiter. Clearly he doesn't need to be controlling the play calls or the clock though. He did great when he had 2 great coordinators. Unfortunately for Les, he only has one great coordinator right now and its killing him.

If I was Les, I'd make a statement right now. Whoever try to send the different package in with the clock running and no TOs would have to go.

At this point, he needs to be the one to go with Crowton. Not just th OC. For gods sake, high school coaches manage a clock and personel better than Miles. Great recruiter, but the game on this level is too fast for him...

At one point, I had respect for Les Miles. I am not an emotional guy, but he has lost my respect.
End of story.

He held on to Crowton for just this reason. He bought or thought he might buy himself one more year knowing that he could fire Crowton after this season. If he lets him go last year, Miles is definitly a gone pecan. But, maybe, just maybe, ( I personally hope not ), he may get one more year if he dumps Crowton after this season.

Watching that clock wind down, and witnessing LSU literally self-destruct during the final 30 seconds is seared into every Tiger fan"s brain. Forever.

Most remarkably, we expect the bizarre. It's over for LM. It was last season, too. But we were stuck.

I like Les. He'll probably get rid of Crowton.
