What exactly do you expect as far as strength & conditioning from a team filled with freshmen and sophomores? Should we pass out roids every spring?

What I expect is the strength and conditioning coach is to get in the weight room and work these guys and guide them . Like Moffett used to do.

Your association of taping ankles with strength and conditioning makes me wonder ....
But I will answer your question. Marucci is still working hard and has one if the finest staffs in the country. He is passionate about teaching and taking care of his players. He is dong a fine job and shows no sign of retiring in place.

Jimbo's current head S&C coach is also a Moffit protege and fellow Curtis alum. Graduated one year after Cochran.
