Nobody is firing Miles just yet.
LSU isn't going to have a terrible year.

LSU is usually a school that can compete with anyone in the country. Just because we lost alot of talent, and started out rough in our 2 quality games so far this year, all a sudden LSU fans are looking to get rid of Miles? Give the man a break. Where were all these threads wanting to replace Miles when he bought in one of the greatest classes in school history and #2 in the country? Alot of our skill position guys are young and inexperienced. Inexperienced but very talented. We have one of the top Coaches in the country and one of the top coordinator duos in the country as well. LSU isn't going anywhere, just get ready for tight games. What worked vs Sam Houston St and ULM wont work vs the big boys of the SEC. The SECW is as good as it's been in years and our schedule is pretty rough. You think recruits want to play for fans who bail on them when they lose? Don't forget they read this board pretty often so stop the madness. It's making the fan base look bad.

I have to believe this team will improve with time. Come November it will be a much improved team.

Hell Auburn lost early and went all the way last year.

Bookmark away jackass..... How do YOU define "terrible"?

8-4, for example in our division this year is probably ok... There were (and ate) a lot of questions coming into the season.

FIFY
And yes I agree with this. The conference is pretty deep, the west especially and we are a very young team. All we can do is believe in the young guys. Regardless we will have a good season though. We all know Les will get the troops ready.

To be honest... we really don't know how good Miss St is yet. All we know is they are a very good football team that can make some noise in the SEC this year. Just how much noise.. we have to wait and see.

Miles has one major issue - he's not Nick Saban. Otherwise, I'd say the overall results speak for themselves.

Whether we like him or not, Nick Saban is a once or twice in a generation college football coach. He's at a historical powerhouse arch-rival in our conference division.
