No, you messed up a second time.
"It's fixed" would have been correct. An apostrophe can indicate a contraction (which is proper here - "it is fixed") or possession (not the case here).

Granted, I probably wouldn't like it much if he said Louisiana State University and Agricultural and Mechanical College.
