12 scholarships are plenty for softball. They don't need 10-15 pitchers that baseball has.

What? Yes it will have an affect on them because they won't be there. They won't "use TOPS without counting against the numbers" because TOPS just got suspended

Question..
Wouldn't it still cost more to go to school out of state? TOPS only applies to Louisiana students that go to a college/university in Louisiana. So it shouldn't hurt that much right?
