I do not want to hear that Hess just pitched. He has the potential to be another Ben McDonald. Start him tomorrow and have Gilbert in reserve. Remember how PM used Louis Coleman when we won the championship. Great game by Lange; he will be ready for Wednesday with Poche in reserve. Make the call Paul; there is only one call to make.

No... he had 42 pitches in 3 days. Can't start. He can only go 3 innings or close the game only.

Hell no! If he is to even sniff the next game outside of closing the final 2 innings, it will be inning 5 or 6 at the earliest. We just need the offense to step up some more.
