I'd say UF fans (specifically in the Swamp) are awful. They were dicks in 10 and 12.

Falcons fans.
At the Saints/Redskins game this past season I sat next to 2 Falcons fans who came to the game just to cheer against the saints.

Never had problems between the 02 and 11 games, and the 99 game against Memphis at the Liberty Bowl.
Also thought they were some of the better SEC fans I saw come through the Quarter

Duke is bad, but UNC by far has them topped. Must just be the entire state.
