I think Ware is our best RB last year and thbis year with his lack of touches- our 2nd best at worst. He has good vision and punishes any D if he has some time to build up steam. I love how Ware punishes would-be tacklers no matter how much yardage he has gained/lossed. I am sure he wants touches for the Towson game but I would rather he get minor touches to warm up and get ready big time the FL and SC game.

IMHO, he is still tbe best and I think being a QB in high school could open up more trick plays like we saw this season- too bad our WR had butter on his hands.

The is no question whatsoever he is the best we have in pass protection and with the O line struggles and Miles trust factor, expect up see him play the majority of the second half of the season.

Posters that really know football have been saying this the entire offseason while he was getting hated on.

Blue was the best RB before his injury and he wasn't even my 4th favorite.

He is now.

I still like Ford and Hilliard.

If Ware can regain the magic he had in the past he will be a boost to the offense for sure..

Ware has been great when he is motivated. I see him running harder now than ever since he is no longer the first guy in.

I like him coming in off the bench to provide that physical style in the second half. He is our closer.

watching the auburn game he stayed to help block on the right side. he hit the defensive end like nothing i have seen. i don't think that guy was the same after that.

I'm so tired of the love/hate some posters have for Ware. Dude has consistently been a thoroughbred and and absolute monster when he puts his head down. He no doubt screwed himself over last year with the suspension. When you have such a flurry of RBs behind you, the slightest slip up can mean you get lost in the depth chart. It seems that is what happened. His "punishment," which seemed to last the better part of the rest of the year, gave opportunities to the likes of blue and Hilliard. Both showed up and got tons of touches from there on out. That being said, Ware's style never changed and neither did his drive it seems like. Great running back with a knack for running people over.

Yes. This is what I would have said had I been awake at 5:00AM.

With our depleted OF line, I think Ware is our best choice because he is a punishing back & a good blocker!

I watched a replay of the Florda last night - Spencer was awesome in that game. Then came the suspension and something inside of him changed. He looks like he is getting it back - but he isn't quite there. I remember thinking during games that Ware was almost looking for DBs to hit. Like he took years of anger out on them,

Yeah, I'd rather him not go out of his way to punish the defense and pickup extra yards

He was all written off before last week. People were fishing for him to be suspended. He was just hurt. Guy should play a lot. Pass blocking and catching is superior to the others imo.
