If we change QB's, I'll be shocked. If we get a good OC, I'll be really shocked. If our offense changes at all..... Well it just won't.

I think you can develop a QB and teach them how to read a defense and look off DB's etc. I'm not sure how much you can teach accuracy and touch. Our current QB has poor accuracy and atrocious touch and he regressed this year. He's worse now than he was game 1.
