Ok so we might as well not get excited then. Sunseri has been extremely successful with her travel ball team and has dominated elite competition unlike Gorsuch so Its not really the same to be honest
I refuse to believe Cunningham is that bad, not sure why she isn't playing that much, she was recruited by every major school in the country. She can't be that bad.

I would also hope the coach who recruits these players is high on them, if not why the hell are you giving them scholly's

Cunningham was ranked in the top 30 players by multiple recruiting sites, the doesn't mean she is going to be great but she has to be somewhat talented to be highly regarded by major scouts and colleges.
She was recruited by LSU, Georgia, Ohio State, Kentucky, Oregon, California, Michigan
those are not small schools
I know this because back when she did interviews she talked about the schools recruiting her and there are pictures somewhere out there of her on her visits with the coaaches

Satchell actually worked a lot at catcher in practices all last year, I think Beth has played her a lot more due to her bat and being worked at catcher with this staff for quite some time.She can really hit a ball when she gets squared up.
Not a knock on Cunningham at all. To be honest unless Satchell is that bad defensively we need to be rotating more often than we have at catcher, its too much for anyone to catch that much.
