So ya'll seriously don't think LSU used this as a recruiting tool?
You think all this started after NSD and the contract was worked out in two days?
I promise you this was agreed upon earlier and announced as "details are being worked out now, but Cam Cameron is our new OC"
ETA - I wouldn't be surprised at all if this was one of the factors influencing the almost flip by RSJ

Nah they both committed last summer before this was ever on the radar, Cameron was with the Ravens and no one had a clue he'd be available. Kragthorpe deserves all the credit in the world for bringing them in. Hope they like the changes because in the long run it will be great for their career.

I;m not talking about Cameron recruiting either one of them, but LSU certainly contacted every one of their commits leading up to (and possibly on NSD) to assure them and reassess their feeling.
Recruiting a kid doesn't stop when he commits. You continue to recruit him all the way until NSD and there is no way all this Cameron work started on Thursday.
