So, will Derek Ponamsky take blame for getting O the job?

His arse needs to be ran out of town for this shite. Orgeron used him as a pawn, who then used his media coverage and "good ole boys" from the ESPN network to rev up the O campaign.
He's a Louisiana boy!
He loves LSU!
He talks like us!
He's striking out on every major and non major LB recruit they are going after
He completely balked on the QB situation with the prize recruit of the class, and the other QB that fits the scheme he wants to run just decommitted.
Ponamsky, take my advice. Next time, shut your damn mouth until it's time for lock of the week.

A positive is that in 3 years Alleva, O and Johnny Jone will no longer be employed by LSU. So we've got that going for us.......

Alleva's incompetence is the reason we have Orgeron. Not Ponamsky. I think you are giving him entirely too much credit. He doesnt have that much clout. Alleva is known for taking the path of least resistance. The Orgeron hire was that. End of story.
