Well, think about it. Miles is basically a shoe-in to win 10 to 11 games next year. If they couldn't justify booting him this year, than he will definitely coach through 2017. So, he has two years to make a playoff run. That is not entirely out of the question at all and if he does, he will coach through his contract and possibly beyond.

Admin is giving Miles all the support now. Ball is in Miles' court.
They have openly said the offense is a joke and needs to change and just gave him a top DC in the country for a ton of cash. Next year he has to produce.
