Not endorsing commentary of someone who doesn't know the difference between who's and whose but refers to someone else's blunders.

i've never seen a fanbase shite all over the accomplishments of "their" team like LSU fans. Jesus Henry Christ
I swear that almost 50% of the MESSAGE BOARD LSU fans pull for the team to lose just so they can rag on the coach. Their can't be a larger collection of idiots anywhere in the sports world.

Good thing for LSU that the football gods just gave LSU the title that year and they didn't even have to play a game after the SEC championship game.
Can you imagine if they had to play in some kind of championship game against a team that was ranked higher than the two loss LSU team. Man, I'm glad they didn't because the 2 loss LSU team would have gotten killed. I wonder who the top ranked team that would have killed LSU was that year.
And if they did have to play the game, and by some kind of crazy miracle LSU won, I bet the other team's fans would still be bitching about how their coach and team sucked getting beat by a suck-arse two loss LSU team that doesn't even have a coach.
Whew !!! LSU lucked out that year. A championship game would have been bad, bad news for the home team.

Miles underachieves and is not a good in game coach. Great recruiter and runs a clean program. Is stubborn but seems like a nice guy. That is his legacy. I hope the stars align and he wins another national title but it won't be due to coaching.

Yep, that's one thing that I never have been able to grasp. How is it that CLM only coaches in the games LSU loses?
Nobody talks about any of the great wins he has had at LSU. All of the GREAT CHAMPIONSHIP coaches he has beaten. Oh, my bad, when LSU beats a Tressel, Spurrier or Saban or the many others, it's not because of the head coach it's ONLY because of the players and assistant coaches. It's only in the losses that CLM participates.

So we had a great rushing offense that game then right?
Georgia, the fifth best defense, was allowing 100 yards a game rushing. LSU rushed for 230 yards in the game and 200 in the second half. You have to be brain dead to not see 230 yards against that defense as a great rushing game.

Time of possession
Time of possession doesn't mean shite in a game you win 42-10. You think Georgia fans ran around after that game and cheered over winning a few stat lines when their team got crushed 42-10? You really have a limited sports IQ.
The LSU offense struggled in the first half against one of the best defenses in the nation. The LSU offense also struggled in the first half of Oregon, Mississippi St., and Alabama. Two of those teams had shitty defenses and in none of those games did we come back to crush the other team like we did against Georgia.
You make no sense in your attack on the team. Get back to me when you do.

has been so long since we have had a true passing team, that for the life of me I can't even remember. I'm not talking about mettenberger. that was run and pass off play action. sadly with miles and his brilliance, I
What? Mett had ,statistically, the 2nd best passing season in lsu history.
His 251 yards/game in 2013 ranks as the 4th best in lsu history.
His 3263 yards ranks 3rd in lsu history.
His 2013 season is ranked 2nd in games of over 300 yards passing (3)
Our passing offense was great in 2013.

Les will win another title. Defense is going to be so nasty with Coach O.

Does anyone know where I can find the new LSU hype video? I can't seem to find it anywhere

Let me guess your favorite lines are: fire javi, les miles has list control of this team (that applies to all lsu athletics), and les only won with sabans players.
Yep you will fit in great around here

Can anyone honestly say that Miles has not lost at least 10 games due purely to poor coaching decisions? I can think of 5 immediately. The arguments pumpers make are just dumb.

This should be good. I'd love to hear 5, let alone 10.
2009 Ole Miss doesn't even apply here since they abused us all night prior to a near-miracle comeback including a Hail Mary and an onside recovery.

Wow. Only in lsu Fandom is stating facts about a coaches tenure called sunshine pumping. I've never seen a fan base more willing to shite on the most successful 10 year stretch in their program's history, like lsu fans.
THESE ARE FACTS About Miles tenure
1. We have finished top 17 8 out of 10 seasons.
2. We have finished top 10 6 out of 10 seasons.
3. Miles has one of the best win % in SEC HISTORY.
4. Miles has THE BEST OOC WIN % IN SEC HISTORY.
5. No team has beaten more ranked teams.
6. No team had been ranked in the top 25 more weeks.
7. Only 1 program in a major conf has more wins.
MILES HAS ACCOMPLISHMENT ALL THESE GREAT ACHIEVEMENTS DURING THE MOST SUCCESSFUL ERA OF SEC FOOTBALL ,EVER.
I hate our ignorant and entitled fan base.
STOP SHITTING ON THE MOST SUCCESSFUL ERA IN LSU FOOTBALL HISTORY. good god

I always smile when one of the "unhappy with something" faction within the LSU fan base or troll, it's often hard to tell the difference, resorts to "sunshine pumper". I mean, the last decade of LSU football has seen it achieve more success within the SEC and nationally than ANY DECADE which came before, but pointing that out with facts is "sunshine pumping".
It hasn't been perfect and it could have been better and our coaches have screwed up, but damn..it's been a great decade for LSU football.
I always wonder what LSU football have any of us followed since 75 if we can't appreciate the remarkable success of the last decade.

I didn't belittle it. It was a great win. I just said that it was the kicking game and the defense that were mainly responsible and not the offense. Mathieu looks better and better every year that goes by. He was not only the best player on the field but a great leader and inspiration for the whole team.
re: Snap Judgments: The Miles LegacyPosted by chilge1 on 7/10/15 at 2:58 pm to Tom Bronco
Mathieu was the best player on the field. That is all. Leaders don't put a substance above their teammates.
As for your ridiculous notion that the offense played no part.... they got beat in the first half, made some adjustments, and scored TDs on 4/5 second half drives.
I'd say they pulled their weight.
