Jesus, this story has so many swings back and forth. Some people say he'll be starting for TCU. Some say 2 games, some 4 games, now Skip says not at all?

Didnt say that either. If the university wants media/political cover to drop this kid...the hearing gives them that excuse.
The University/AD may have already made up their mind, and are just waiting for the hearing to provide themselves cover. Lots of balls in the air.

For all my opinion is worth, put me in the "he's already guilty, if they were going to boot him it would have happened," camp.
Unless the sentencing prevents Hill from being a member of the team(suspension, unable to leave the state, etc) I can't believe he'll be kicked off.

Not really that many balls in the air. Hill pled guilty to what he was suspended for. If their minds were made up, then that's the only reason they need to expel Hill.
Their waiting on the hearing because they haven't made up their minds yet.
