Not until Florida game- 1st half Shep gashes the Gators for a few runs and then Crowton sends Toliver streakin down the sideline...Shep hits him in stride and Tiger Stadium absolutely erupts...think that would give the tigers some momentum? one word- legendary...i hope crowton has the same vision

well, to be fair hes averaging (off the top of my head) what, like 7-8 yards a touch when teams pretty much know for a fact he's going to run.

what if he completes a pass? any pass? he would eat up just about any d.

the man is averaging about 7 yards a pop. not his fault he keeps getting yanked after 1 play. he will be unleashed when needed

I think Trindon needs to split out wide and have him run the reverse with Shep doing a quarterback read. Like Arkansas used to do.

Man even if he doesnt throw much this season at least put him in the game more!! I mean that right there will make the defense think...which in turn creates confusion and errors in the opposing defense!

But yes I would like to see how his arm is in game.

Are we playing Fantasy Football here? LM is not gonna let him throw the FB. He's gonna fill the TH role in the future (5 carries/game, and everybody knows he's running).

The shep/tebow comparison is getting old but remember every time tebow came in during his freshman year everyone expected him to run it...if i remember right he did his little fake run then throw bs against the tigers and it worked like a charm...let shep run a few then just let him chunk one to one of our wr's deep...hell, everytime shep was in the game i would have 3 wr's streak down the field...if the db's go with them shep takes off...if they let one slip behind while thinking run, fling it downfield...i know its not that simple but it would make defenses piss themselves...if anyone can't see the gamebreaking potential this guy has running the ball then they are blind

I am with you except the in stride part
If he can do that, he should be out there pitching the ball every game

If the Georgia game is in hand, we'll run the Shep option pass we've all been waiting for. The only reason for this is to force Florida to prepare for the play. Shep will not be throwing the ball against Florida.

Book it.

Similar to one of Perriloux's first passes. He ran the option several times in a row, then faked the option, and hit a wide of receiver for a TD I believe. I think it will go down that way as well, but I think it may be before the Florida game.

You're probably right...i doubt Miles would let Shep sling it against the Gator D...oh, but if he did it would be pandemonium..............you know Urban let his young pup Tebow sling it against the great Tiger D his freshman year....Miles should consider putting a little faith in his boy like Urb did...Tebow's confidence shot through the roof after that

Shep at WR and Trindon at WR, Jefferson take the ball in the shotgun then hands off the Trindon and then Trindon give the ball to Shep. Double Reverse. There Shep can either run or pass. I would have Dickson go down the middle of the field. Should be wide open as if Shep runs, he will hopefully draw the LB up and that should leave Dickson open. I know, in my dreams.
