Texas is a wreck between the administration and the fan base, I don't know how Texas gets it back together.

These people are crazy and irrational too

I do like Herman but a job at Texas with what's going on probably wasn't the best place to go. This could potentially damage his career. Texas had a lot of major issues prior to his arrival. With an administration that has their hand on every little thing and crazy expectations. Not sure how he will survive. Texas has a few years before getting back to elite level.

I don't think Herman is god or Saban but I don't think he's horrible either. It's just going to take time to fix the issues at Texas. The problem is, they have zero patience over there

They told Herman do not go to Texas. He took the job anyways.
I don't feel bad for him one bit!

I actually feel bad for them. Harvey tears them up, they were excited adout Tom Herman, and lose to Maryland.

2003 called and wants their message board format back. Isn't Austin supposed to be the silicone valley of the South?

Nah, he'll have that team tops in big 12 next year. Remember Sabah lost to ULM first year

TH talks about attention to detail but he should learn details like what the score is, how much time is left, what down it is and how many yards are needed to get a first.

Herman needs some better athletes. Not saying that excuses giving up 51 points at home to MD, but everyone needs to pump the brakes and give him a few recruiting classes of his own before passing judgement.

Well one detail he forgot was controlling penalties. 11 for 118yds is bad. Real bad

Is Houston a pro-longhorn area?

I don't know but I imagine a lot of Longhorn fans were devastated by the storm.
