I personally don't blame JJ. I blame Les. But I like you am glad that he is gone because Les can't do what he did again. Or can he?

sheppard staying

I think we will have a special team this year, overall we scored over 40 points a game in all but 2 games (I know they were important), and we have a bigger, stronger QB who can pass next year in Mett.

Our defense will have several new starters most noteably at safety, DT, and LB. we did have some players play at safety and DT this year so our biggest area of concern will be LB and who plays the other corner when we are in nickel defense.

Overall I expected this years team to lose 1 or 2 games. 2012 GEAUX TIGERS.

Lsu hasnt had a qb for 4 years. JJ sucks and that is the direct reason we couldn't move the ball. We had open guys all nite but JJ couldn't find them. That would require him to read a defense and make an accurate throw multiple times.

JJ truly sucked for 4 years but Les is the problem. Once he makes up his mind he would rather loose the game than change his mind! I think this was our year, next year I don't know. One can only pray.

And what exactly did you see last Monday night to give you the slightest hope that either of those QBs will have the opportunity to chunk to rock? There is a Randall on this squad and make no mistake he will get more than his chance to start over ZM or Kiel. There will be no Zach attack!

If you all think that were are not going to miss Mo and Ron Brooks you all are nuts. Honey Badger cant do shite as a corner against teams like Alabama. Who are going to be our cover corners? I think we had like one play for more than 30 yards against us all season. That is how we won. Not the stable of running backs. We won because no one else could beat our CB's and we could play man to man.

The only way the defense could take a step back at all is if all the current starters that are remaining don't continue to improve this off season. Many of our players were 19-21 years old this season on defense. Their bodies are still growing and it is VERY possible for this team to come back next year with a stronger defense as well. Linebackers will definitely be improved - even with Baker's loss. Baker was decent - the linebackers should be better next year, the d line should be better as a whole without brockers. This isn't the NFL - all those dudes that are comming back are going to be better than they were this year. They are still kids.

LINK ... CHECK THIS OUT... It explains alot...it is the "IS THERE SMOKE LINK"... we heard thru the grapevine that the team was fighting and split between Jefferson and Lee... I guess there must be some truth to it ?

Miles is a great recruiter, but a poor coach. He had the fastest man in college football for 4 years (Trindon Holliday), & hardly ever played him! When he did get in on offense, every time he touched the ball, he ran the ball on a wide sweep, towards the sidelines. It’s hard to imagine a team with so much talent & a coach with so little imagination!

For me, one of the best things about this graduating class is JJ won't be back so Miles can stop slobbering over him.

So, in the aftermath of the game, RR, Shep, and Boone all say they are leaving.

It looks like the WR group is giving Miles a big middle finger. To me this is a sign that some of the players have an issue with how things were handled. Looks like Miles is in damage conrtol mode.
