Section 404 in TS is for what fans exactly?

Offered a ticket there but it's row 28 and general admission for the seat. Visiting students maybe??

What exactly is "general admission" ?
Sections 401-405 lower 2/3rds are visitor seats top 3rd is LSU season ticket holders i.e. prob. rows 20 and up{think there are about 36 rows or so}

Exactly...the "general admission" part is what's confusing instead of a seat number
