A Bama win over LSU provides more cushion for getting 2 SEC teams into the playoffs.

How much does this come into play with SEC officiating? Will the scales be tipped?

Edit: thanks Tigress...think I got it fixed

The fact that you even have to ask this question, should tell you the answer....

The scales are always tipped when we play Alabama or Auburn. That much is a given.

Don't let the game be close and you make it harder for the officials to factor into it.

The officials keep it close. They will never let it get out of hand for Bama or auburn.

I've really got this feeling on this game....LSU and Miles are due to issue an arse whipping to Bama.....I think this would be the year and the place to do it....if LSU can put together a good game with no turnovers/major mistakes.

Don't pull a Copeland and fumble on the goal line or get silly personal fouls after long gains. Sure, the Tigers have gotten hosed on some calls. You just can't give the gumps any freebies.

It's embarrassing that this thread has two upvotes. Are we really making excuses before the game is played?

Just check the Mike Pereira piece regarding the SEC having someone outside of the officials telling them what to call.

No excuses- just understanding what LSU might be up against.

Upon review of the play it was determined that the CB's (#7) feet where out of bounds when he made the interception. Therefore the call on the field stands and the pass is ruled incomplete. (Alabama retains possesion).

Not looking ahead, becuase I know the game this weekend vs. Bama is all that matters ... but, Arkansas is well over-due to score an SEC win.

Unless you are a player or coach, its ok to look ahead. Go ahead, try it out. Live on the wild side.

The PP#7 INT that was reviewed by replay and STILL not called correctly goes down in infamy as blindly BAMA biased officiating. How can those officials live with themselves after that?

They're probably living fine in their large estates in the Alabama countryside
