We were supposed to be getting all basketball and baseball games televised. Not happening.

I don't want to watch SEC games on the computer; I want to watch them on TV and do something else on the computer. It's called multi-tasking.

And the computer hook-ups are terrible, unwatchable.

The are 2 SEC channels on my cable line-up that are perpetually empty.

Disappointing.

Get a Smart TV. I stream the SECN onto my smart TV in my study while having my computer on to somewhere else.

We use an Apple TV or roku and never have any major issues. I agree they should use the second channel, but I am just glad there is more coverage then there used to be.

Don't need a smart tv really. Google Chromecast is $35. Works like a charm with WatchESPN app.

I hope they at least keep doing the whip-around coverage like last night.

I liked being able to see what was going on elsewhere in the league without having to click away from the LSU game on the app.

Actually the SECN has made it possible to put up practically all the games, whether its on TV or SECN + you can still access it which is nice. Also its been pretty beneficial for other sports like gymnastics and softball. Just stream the game on the tv its not that big of a deal.

You're being ridiculous. It's a great service albeit not perfect. Quit bitching.

I agree about the gymnastics. My wife is not a big sports fan, but she has enjoyed following gymnastics this year since we have access to it. Anytime you have access to more content it's a good thing.

If, like most people you have a spare laptop not in use Google Chromecast should do the deal for you.

Get an Amazon Fire Stick or an Apple TV. Buy an HDMI cable and use one of the three or four HDMI inputs you should have to plug in your Fire Stick or Apple TV (or Chromecast) and then switch to the right HDMI source. Then you don't have to watch on the computer.

I got every SEC game on my tv. It's called Apple TV cost 100 bucks and works great.

Just because you might have to do a little work doesn't make it disappointing. Three years ago you watched maybe 30 games on tv during the regular season. Now you can watch every game on tv.

a few years ago we couldn't watch hardly any games at all, much less with the good commentary and better production we have with SECN

So you long for the days when you were lucky to catch 5 games on tv all season?

Yea the sec network and Apple TV/ chrome cast combo has made college baseball amazing for those of us LSU fans around the country. However my wife hates that there is now baseball on 4-5 nights a week....oh well!

For the locals, streaming on SEC Network+ is probably a step backwards from the more-recent days of most of the games being televised with CST/Jumbo Sports

For everyone else, this is much better.
