Season Ticket Questions

When are they mailed. I keep hearing people talking about what seats they have for the UNC game, and we have not received our season tickets or any notification of what tickets we got for the UNC game either. I know season tickets usually aren't mailed out until a few weeks before the season, but should I know by now what my situation on UNC tickets is?
