He was merely stating that the Raleigh regional is hosted by NC State, and that is the regional we are paired with. In other words, if LSU wins its regional, the winner of the Raleigh regional would visit us.

You misread it. He said LSU would face the winner of the Raleigh regional which is hosted by N.C. State.

After noting that LSU will host both a Regional AND A SUPER REGIONAL he said:"The winner of the Baton Rouge Regional will face the winner of the Raleigh Regional, hosted by NC State, in next weekend’s Super Regional action." Not much to misinterpret there.

Sometimes he posts wrong information and I email him to correct it.
I slept late this morning so I do not know what his original posting said.
He will make corrections and not notate it....
His latest post says LSU is in the driver's seat if they win out.
