Can we make it out of the loser's bracket after their 3rd best starting pitcher owns us again?

Probably.

And what makes you think Tulane would be a 4?

No way Tulane would be a #4.

ETA: They've beaten some good teams this year

Their current RPI (39) warrants a 2-3 so more likely we see them in game 2.

Right. And this is all assuming we host a regional, which isn't a given. I don't understand this thread at all.

If Tulane is a 4 seed in the BR regional then that means LSU would see their ace not the 3rd best starter.

Tulane has a better chance of being a 1 than a 4. I think theyve only lost 1 series all year. They should be a 2 as of now.

That would be a very tough regional, Tulane might be tougher than the 2 or 3 seeds. That said, Tulane will not be a 4, they're a solid 2 seed right now.

If USM keeps winning, I could definitely see a two-seed LSU being sent to Hattiesburg to fill that park (capacity 6,600).

France is not the third best. He would likely be fourth or fifth when/if Corey Merrill (Tulanes regular Friday night starter) comes back into the mix.

We can't hit there 4th best starter. What make you think we can handle their ace?

I hate when stupid people post stupid things. There is a 0% chance that Tulane will be a 4 seed in anybody's regional. There is a better chance that they don't make the tournament than be a 4 seed. They will most definitely be a 2 or 3 seed. And that won't likely be in Baton Rouge because I'm sure we will be a 2 seed as well in somebody else's regional.
