No he sold it to a real estate developer who has been remodoling it and fixing it up the past couple years and is trying to sell it on the market now.
It's really nice, I had a friend who they let guest sit the guest house to keep an eye on it while it was being remodeled and lets just say he would throw some pretty sick parties over there haha.
