You are stupid even by gump standards.

bama is the only team to be allowed to avenge a loss to a division rival in the bcs game. The voting methodology was changed for Bama. The Game of the Century which bama lost at home was rendered meaningless for Bama. The sec championship was rendered meaningless just for Bama. The Big12 champ was locked out just for Bama. And the bcs ratings took a hit bc of Bama. It was bad college football. Yet it was all done for your team.

Your team got a handout, and youre too stupid to understand why the fans of other teams might be a bit resentful.

I don't think much of secfan123's posts but before you claim someone is stupid, make sure your own posts aren't full of BS. Specifically, NO methodology was changed to put Bama and LSU into a rematch.

Conference championships and conference affiliation have NEVER been part of the BCS championship game. The BCS title game has ALWAYS been to pit the best two teams against regardless of conference standings - and they got it right. Bama and LSU were the two best teams in the nation. I've read the rules several times. The rules were clearly written to allow two teams from the same conference to play. There is an entire section about how a 3rd team from the same conference can get a BCS bowl bid if it is the conference champion and if the two teams in the NC game are from the same conference. Clearly, that means they planned for the possibility of a TWO teams playing from the SAME conference when NEITHER won their conference.

No it wasnt. In fact, the formula was followed exactly as the bcs intended it to be. The top two teams made it in.

Well, ole Les luck had to run out sometime. Just think, we make one of those kicks in regulation and just maybe yall wouldnt be so shocked to learn that you got lucky in that game.

No, the voters voted for who they thought the second best team was. ESPN, the illuminati or martians from space had no control over that. The individual voters combined with the agreed upon computer formula. The formula in agreement before the season started was followed. Nothing was "done" for Bama, unless all the voters got together in some grand conspiracy (not likely although I see yall love those kinds of theories here!!!)

I dont see fans of other teams in here. I see LSU fans that were dumb to realize they got lucky the first time and are looking for anything to justify the prison raping we laid on yall this time.

Oh and the second title in three years. Man. nice to say that!!!!

And the way they always got to the two top teams was by looking at the whole season. The body of work. Since the season usually matters in college football. And conf championships were never required but were considered. And rematches were frowned upon. Ex: 2006 Michigan, 2007 UGA.

And then came this year, when eyeball tests and defensive stats and quality losses were used to justify a rematch for a division runner-up. No previous one-loss Big12 champ had ever been excluded in favor of a division runner-up. The standards, the arguments, the reasoning were all changed for this one year, for this one team.

Who's "they"? The Illuminati? The Martians? Masons? The voters voted. I didn't know they secretly loved alabama. Or did they secretly change the computer formula used?

whose reasoning, genius? Its not a single "consciousness" doing this reasoning. ITs a shitload of individuals voting, combined with a computer formula in a previously agreed upon fashion.

Im sorry we forgot to use lube though.

The BCS spoke, as every team agreed before the season, the game was set, and one team dominated the other.. any complaints are moot, except those against the preparation and execution of the team you rooted for...

This isn't about Saban winning anything it is about facing the fact we have a coward for a Head Coach. He quit.

There was no luck involved in LSU winning our first meeting, field goal kicking is part of the game. We made ours, you missed yours-you lost.

Threats to his job moved Malveto and Crowton. The success of this year allowed him a big "eff u" to the Tiger nation with regards to JJ

this is the answer right here. I never agree with you but you hit the nail on the head with this one.

Saban made Miles quit before the game started.

Most inept job of coaching talent I have ever seen. Pure incompetence.

Let me try and clarify something for everyone:
1. LSU did not quit...they just got out played period and had no answer for the Tide...Les as I think most would agree got out coached period...now just move on! Go watch the first game, really watch it and you should not be surprised...you knew it would be a different game if there was a rematch...be honest...Good Grief take your loss and move on.

I do not see the LSU fans quitting.
Why do you think everyone is so upset?

If they had quit, they would not be here.

Miles quit, the fans have not.

This is not about Saban. This was about JJ. The entire last 3 years have been about JJ. It has always been JJ over the team and JJ over the Tiger Nation. Saban is good, but we never gave ourselves a chance in that game. Saban did make the team quit, Miles did in his irrational support of a very very very poor QB.

Like Bama did against UT in 2009? That happens all the time, over 13 game season you need breaks some times.

You can't go out on a national stage like that undefeated and lay a turd like we did. We were 13-0. At least act like you want to win. LSU is still going to be LSU and I firmly believe we will pick up again next year. A loss like that takes a while for a fanbase and team to get over.

Rash fans think you should start throwing the ball on every down in that situation. Any good coach would have done the same thing Miles did. Continue running the ball to stay balanced. Otherwise, what happened on fourth and 17 at the six minute mark would have happened sooner. I know it appeared they were "doing the same thing", but they were probably scrambling like mad to unlock the running game early in the fourth quarter. There was still time for two drives if they could have done that, and there was no hope if they could not.
