This isn't really relevant here, but I'm a Cubs fan, so carry on.

It's fine, but if it's a nice day, that's a dark bar. For day games, I'd suggest someplace with an outdoor area (of which there are many).

Yeah, I'm not the biggest fan of the Cubby Bear. A bit loud for my taste and you are right about it being dark.

Several of the bars have rooftops for nice afternoons like Vines on Clark and the Sports Corner right there on Addison.

In. Rolling 7 deep in the bleachers, will probably hit up Murphy's before. Maybe Sluggers after. Definitely will be at the Hangge Uppe Thursday night.

Sounds like it could get ugly.

In plus 2. Should we all pack one section in the bleachers?

you're gonna need to be in there early to do that. Tough to get a group together in GA seating.

As an aside, I've still got four tickets for sale to this game, midfield upper deck box. Cheaper than stubhub.

So much yes in this. Much better spots for a day game than Cubby Bear.

I'll be there for Sunday's game. Sluggers on Clark just a block from the home plate entrance and iconic sign before the game.
