And wins the Penn Relays with a meet record 210'-9".

And Jasmin Stowers becomes first woman to win the 100 meter hurdles 3 times at Penn.

I don't think I could throw a frisbee as far as he can throw a discus.

Brown broke former Winnfield discus thrower John Nichols record. When Nichols was in high school he just barely broke my Winnfield Sr High record in the discus. He had a 201' toss with a high school discus which was only 61' ft, further than my school record throw.

In all seriousness, those facts are correct and I had the good fortune of being on one end of the measuring tape when he got off his 201' throw which also set a national age-level record at the time. He was only a junior.

He was and is an humble, good natured guy.

Props to Brown though. He has been consistent all year.

Derek Yush is a classic example of a lesson a lot of sports fans need to re-learn: patience. it's taken him a few years to get everything in place, but he's now having our throwers breaking records left and right

Nichols is/was an extremely nice guy.....almost sad his record got broken. Congrats to Brown though. That is a sick throw.
