Veterans minimum is like 875K
But he won't be on the roster the whole season so I'm not sure how much of that he will actually get outside of the signing bonus and the 2-4 game check that he sticks on the roster for

Flynn is a veteran, if he is on the roster week 1 his full salary becomes guaranteed.

I didn't know that until the Vilma bounty case, once he won his first appeal and was on the roster for the first week his contact was guaranteed for that season.
